Riverside Park Precinct – Phase 1 and 2 SOLD OUT  

The Riverside Park Precinct has been developed in phases with phases 1 and 2 located east and west of the R40 major arterial route. A mixed-use precinct, Riverside phases 1 and 2 are developed over an area of 135 ha and are home to major national brands, local businesses and stylish residential developments bordering the Lowveld Botanical Gardens.

Riverside Phase 3 was launched in 2018 with the proclamation of Riverside Ext 35 and 36 and is the location of Curro Academy and Green Valley Estate, a residential estate currently under development and spanning an area of approximately 7 ha overlooking the Riverside Reserve.
