Riverside Park Extension 44 

Riverside Park Ext 44 is a recently proclaimed, serviced township offering premium light industrial and commercial opportunities across 8 ha of land. The 18 erven of this township form phase 1 of the greater Riverside Park Ext 27 township. Located within the mixed-use Riverside Park Precinct, the erven can be rezoned to alternative uses as required.

Access is key to development success. Riverside Park Ext 44 is located along the R37 to Lydenburg, with easy access to the N4 national road linking Gauteng to Mozambique (the Maputo Corridor). There are a variety of development opportunities available:
